Order Processing

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra processing time during holiday periods, promotional events, and sale seasons.

Orders are generally processed within 3–10 business days from the date the order is placed. Once processing is complete, orders are typically shipped the following business day.

Please note:

We do not ship orders on weekends
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled
If you need to update your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Europe: 7–14 business days
United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–16 business days
Central America: 10–25 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days
Other countries: 11–30 business days

In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 40 business days.
